Valve sealing relied on manual pressure testing—inefficient and prone to missed checks, failing to meet batch inspection needs.

- 部署铝材冲孔攻牙锁螺丝生产线(上料、冲孔、攻牙、锁螺丝)与阀门气密测试生产线(上料、气密测试、结果判定、下料),可对接客户既有产线布局。Deployed the aluminum punching-tapping-screw-locking line (loading, punching, tapping, screwing) and the valve leak-test line (loading, leak test, judgment, unloading), adaptable to the customer's existing line layout.
落地效果Results
铝材线产能 10 PPM,阀门线产能 6 PPM,良品率 ≥95%,设备故障率 ≤2.0%。大大提高测试效率和准确性,降低人工成本与错误率。Aluminum line 10 PPM and valve line 6 PPM, pass rate ≥95%, failure rate ≤2.0%. It greatly improves test efficiency and accuracy while reducing labor cost and error rate.
