将焊接、点胶、组装、冲孔、攻牙、锁螺丝、成型、视觉检测等工序整线集成，实现从上料到成品的无人化连续生产，节拍稳定、良品率≥95%。Integrates welding, dispensing, assembly, punching, tapping, screw locking, forming and visual inspection into a continuous unmanned production line, ensuring stable cycle time and a pass rate of ≥95%.
雾化器组装E-Cigarette Assembly
针对电子雾化器烟弹、烟嘴、密封圈、介子等精密部件，提供一出二至一出五的高速自动组装设备，自动识别方向、极性与阻值，实现无人化作业。High-speed automated assembly cells (2-up to 5-up) for e-cigarette cartridges, mouthpieces, O-rings and ferrules, with automatic orientation, polarity and resistance inspection.
食品自动化Food Automation
面向糖果、棒糖等食品行业，提供插棒、打孔、注浆、泡罩/枕式包装对接、上料、贴标、扎带等整段自动化方案，产能可达 150 PPM。Automation solutions for candy and lollipop production, including stick insertion, punching, filling, blister/flow-pack docking, feeding, labeling and bundling, capacity up to 150 PPM.
检测测试Inspection & Testing
融合机器视觉、气密检测、扭力测试等技术，对产品外观、尺寸、密封性、装配力矩进行在线全自动检测，确保出货品质。Combines machine vision, airtightness and torque testing for fully automated online inspection of appearance, dimensions, sealing and assembly torque.
成型覆膜Forming & Laminating
提供热压、覆膜、模切、热熔、成型等工艺设备，广泛应用于气凝胶、硅胶框、薄膜、塑料盖等新材料与传统包装材料的加工。Equipment for heat pressing, laminating, die cutting, hot melting and forming, widely used for aerogels, silicone frames, films and plastic caps.
专用加工Special Processing
针对五金把手、餐刀、发热管等特定行业零件，提供打孔、攻牙、折弯、开刃、抛光、镗削等专用机床与自动化加工单元。Dedicated machines and automated cells for punching, tapping, bending, edge grinding, polishing and boring of hardware handles, tableware and heating tubes.
