项目背景Project Background
气凝胶、硅胶框等新材料质轻易变形,传统分步覆膜与热压工序衔接差、人工参与大。产品良率与产能难以兼顾,作业环境要求高。Aerogels and silicone frames are light and easily deformed; traditional separate laminating and hot-pressing had poor process continuity and high manual involvement. Yield and capacity were hard to balance, with demanding working-environment requirements.

开发覆膜与热压一体成型新工艺,将覆膜、热压、组装集成在紧凑设备中,简化流程、减少人工。实现气凝胶从原材料处理到成品组装的全程自动化生产。Developed an integrated laminating-and-hot-pressing forming process that combines laminating, hot pressing and assembly in compact equipment, simplifying the flow and reducing labor. This realizes full automation of aerogel production from raw material processing to finished product assembly.
设备配置 / 实施方案Equipment / Implementation
采用双折边覆膜机(覆膜热压一体、节约人工、简易操作)、真空热压机(真空高温高压成型)与气凝胶组装机协同完成规模化生产。Used a double-hem laminator (lamination + hot pressing in one, labor-saving and easy to operate), a vacuum hot press (vacuum high-temp/high-pressure forming) and an aerogel assembly machine in coordination for scaled production.
