- 烟弹底座、进液管、烟弹壳、烟嘴等精密小件传统依靠人工摆盘、对位、压装，劳动强度大且节拍慢。密封圈在套入过程中容易划伤，磁铁极性靠人工目视辨识经常发生反装，造成批量不良与客户投诉。：Cartridge bases, liquid tubes, shells and mouthpieces traditionally relied on manual tray placement, alignment and pressing—labor-intensive and slow in cycle. O-rings were easily scratched during fitting, and magnet polarity judged by eye was often reversed, causing batch defects and complaints.

- 采用一出二至一出五的模块化自动组装单元，各工位自动上料、自动识别方向、极性与阻值，关键压装工序在线铆压。不良品在线上自动剔除，实现从散件到成品的无人化连续作业。Adopted 2-up to 5-up modular automatic assembly cells where each station auto-feeds, auto-recognizes orientation, polarity and resistance, and performs online riveting at critical pressing stations. Defective parts are auto-rejected online, realizing unmanned continuous production from loose parts to finished goods.

- 串联磁铁顶针组装机（一出二，磁铁自动区分 SN 极性）、密封圈组装机（一出四，O 型圈自动套入进液管）、烟壳组装机（一出四，自动分盘识别正反向）与烟嘴组装机（一出五，自动检测阻值和磁铁极性）。Chained the magnet-pin assembly machine (2-up, auto SN-polarity separation), O-ring assembly machine (4-up, auto O-ring fitting onto liquid tube), cartridge assembly machine (4-up, auto tray & direction recognition) and mouthpiece assembly machine (5-up, auto resistance and magnet-polarity testing).
落地效果Results
单机组产能 41–80 PPM，整线良品率 ≥95%，设备故障率 ≤2.0%。磁铁极性与阻值实现 100% 在线检测，保证无反装情况发生，显著降低人工与售后成本。Per-machine output 41–80 PPM, line pass rate ≥95%, failure rate ≤2.0%. Magnet polarity and resistance are 100% inspected online, ensuring no reversed mounting and greatly reducing labor and after-sales cost.
