- 棒棒糖、山楂棒等糖果的插棒、摆盘与包装对接传统依赖人工，人工密集且速度受限，难以满足旺季高产能需求。人工插棒位置偏差大，与包装机节拍不匹配，常造成停机与废包。Lollipop and hawthorn-candy stick insertion, tray placement and packaging docking traditionally relied on manual work—labor-intensive and speed-limited, unable to meet peak-season demand. Manual insertion had large position deviations and mismatched the packaging pace, causing stoppages and wasted packs.

- 构建从糖果自动供料、理料、视觉定位、高速插棒到下料对接流水线的全自动方案，视觉系统精准识别糖体位置。保证插棒精度与对接节拍，减少人工操作与生产成本。Built a fully automatic solution from candy auto-feeding, arranging, vision positioning and high-speed stick insertion to docking with the production line; the vision system precisely locates each candy. This guarantees insertion accuracy and docking rhythm while reducing manual operation and production cost.

- 配置 150PPM 视觉插棒机，完成硬糖自动供料、理料、视觉定位、插棒与下料到流水线全流程。可与打孔插棒机、对接枕式/泡罩包装机及扎带贴标机联动组成整线。Equipped a 150 PPM vision stick inserter to complete hard-candy auto-feeding, arranging, vision positioning, insertion and unloading to the line. It can be linked with punching inserters, flow-pack/blister docking machines and a bundling labeler into a full line.
