- 五金把手、餐刀等零件加工需在多台设备间流转,打孔攻牙、折弯、开刃、抛光各自独立,人工搬运与上下料频繁。质量受人为因素影响波动较大。Hardware handles and table knives were processed across multiple separate machines—punching/tapping, bending, edge grinding and polishing were independent, with frequent manual handling and loading. Quality fluctuated considerably with human factors.

- 按工序提供专用自动化单机与连线方案,将打孔攻牙折弯一体、餐刀数控开刃与手柄抛光自动化,减少中间搬运。统一加工节拍与质量标准。Provided dedicated automated stand-alone machines and linked solutions per process—combining punching/tapping/bending, CNC knife edge grinding and automatic handle polishing—to reduce intermediate handling. This unifies cycle time and quality standards.

- 部署五金把手打孔攻牙机(打孔攻牙一体)、五金把手折弯机、餐刀开刃机(数控精准开刃)与餐刀手柄抛光机Deployed a hardware handle punching-tapping machine (combined punching & tapping), a handle bender, a knife edge grinder (CNC precise sharpening) and a knife handle polisher.

实现五金制品高效、精准加工,餐刀边缘快速、精准开刃,良品率 ≥95%,设备故障率 ≤2.0%。加工质量稳定一致。Enables efficient and precise machining of hardware products and fast, accurate edge grinding of table knives, with pass rate ≥95% and failure rate ≤2.0%. Machining quality is stable and consistent.
